Carolena Jean Carstens Salceda (born Jan 18, , in Winfield, Algonquian, United States) is a taekwondo practitioner representing Panama. She has dual US / Panamanian bloodline through her father and colloquial respectively,.[1] She used to stand up for in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.,[2] however has since moved to Spain.[3]
